Shipping & Returns

All products shipped FOB Houston, TX, via UPS so that our chocolate reaches our clients in the same condition as when it leaves our factory.

During warm weather periods, we ship with cold packs (at no additional charge) to maintain the package temperature at a "chocolate friendly" level.

Choco Favors cannot be held responsible for delay or damage in transit. All claims (damage, delay or loss) should be filed by the purchaser with the carrier promptly. Choco Favors has no control after the shipment has been given to the freight carrier.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 48 hours. Delivery time is typically within 5 to 8 business days for standard products and 10 to 12 business day for personalized products for orders shipped via UPS. We are unable to accept requests for delivery at specific times of the day. We will ship via overnight upon request or if weather conditions require so. PLEASE CALL US IF YOU NEED A RUSH ORDER. The extra charges for rush delivery will be added to your order. If you have specific delivery requirements, please indicate them on your order or contact us via email at info@deligance.com or call 1-866-446-4040.

Delivery Policies

	Deliveries can be made to the United States and Canada only
	Many products are shipped directly from the factory. Orders of multiple items may be shipped separately in partial shipments.
	UPS assesses a $10.00 fee for each incorrect delivery address. Any changes to address information AFTER the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge to your credit card. All addresses MUST be complete with the correct name, company name, street number, apartment/room/suite number, building number, floor number, city, state and zip. UPS cannot change an address in mid route, but can once the first attempt at delivery has been made.
	Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
	Orders being sent to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are available for an additional $19.00 and must be shipped 2nd Day Air.
	We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes, FPO’s or APO ’s.
	For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. This is up to the discretion of the driver.
	For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be re-attempted the next business day.
	Hospital & Hotel deliveries — Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital or hotel before scheduling the delivery. Verify hospital and hotel shipping & receiving hours of operation prior to shipping. We advise that you call on the expected date of delivery and make sure that your recipient receives the gift.

Discrepancies

All discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) days of shipment. No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization. Choco Favors is not responsible for inability to fill orders due to strikes, acts of nature, shortage of materials or any other reasonable cause whatsoever.

Trademark Usage

Products displayed herein do not imply an endorsement by holders of trademarks or design. All copy and artwork submitted by client for use by Choco Favors in producing items ordered will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark service copyright, patent or similar protection. The client by submitting such material represents that the use thereof by Choco Favors on ordered items does not violate laws in the use of copy or materials submitted. Choco Favors reserves the right to use pictures and/or descriptions of any products we produce in marketing literature for example purposes. All logos, brands and product names remain trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
