Of course we do samples! There is no charge for the chocolate itself...just a $12.95 to $19.85 charge to cover shipping expenses which will be refunded once the actual order is placed. At the end, these are FREE SAMPLES!

All copy and other material submitted by the customer for use by the plant in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork in required therewith, will be accepted by the plant as being submitted, in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademarks, service marks, copyright, right to privacy, patent and similar use thereof by the plant on the items ordered will not violate any laws and Deligance LLC on hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s copy, logo or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold Deligance LLC harmless to any damages, costs and or expenses when they arise under such laws and a consequence of the plants use of the said copy or other material or the operations undertaken in and by this agreement. Logos and trademarks in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply any endorsement.

All cancellations and/or changes must be confirmed in writing. Custom or Packaged Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of the order date and Standard or non-packaged orders cannot be cancelled if product already shipped. Deligance will not accept responsibility for errors on verbal cancellations or modifications.

All complaints must be made in writing within 5 days from receipt of merchandise. No returns can be made without written authorization from Deligance Chocolates. No exceptions. Deligance is not responsible for typographical errors after the artwork has been approved by client.

Unjustified credit card charge backs will be assessed an administrative fee of $50.00 and charged back amount will be billed directly to the client. Delinquent orders after 30 days will be sent to Collection Agencies and debt will be reported to the Credit Bureau.
